Hello, I apologize for abandoning this mod for a minute, I thought it didn't upload properly, and life got in the way. You know the gist, and you don't give two shits about that, you're here for the mod. So here you go!

Hello. This mod is a work in progress, and I intend to add more shit, like breaching, grenade dialogue, etc. [time and date of upload and this statement 20-Sep-2023 @12:33 Reykjavik time].

Have you ever felt that the voice-overs are too calm? Do you want to add some psychotic mayhem to the mix? Do you want to treat civilians with a nonchalant indifference to their suffering and your enemies with disdain? Postal Dude solves all problems.
Postal 2 adds a whole heap of great voicelines for when you decide to wipe your ass with ROE, not many for proper tactical, perfect-goody-two-shoes-SWAT-officer, but with missions like Voll House and Brixley... they're more 'suggestions' of engagement than rules.
Anyway, if you want to go postal, here's how to manually install:

• Go to [DRIVE]>Games>Steam>Steamapps>Common>ReadyOrNot>ReadyOrNot>Content>Paks>mod.io>3791>mods
• Create a backup of the default voice lines of all your SWAT officers, and maybe TOC, too for the sake of safety.
• Find this mod's resource number (3358387).
• Choose whose voice you wish to replace.
• Delete that officer's dialogue.
• Copy the dialogue in Postal Or Not.
• Paste it in the now-empty officer's VO file.
• Mission accomplished, with extreme prejudice.
