Adds customisation options to the A-23, A-26, B-65, C-40, C-46, F-71, P-43, P-48, S-23, S-51, T-22 and C-55 of my own creation.

for locomotives
-pilot beam and cowcatcher colorisation components (only on the F-71)
-pilot wheel spoke colorisation components
-driver wheel spoke colorisation components
-trailing wheel spoke colorisation components
-cab roof colorisation components
-cylinder heads
for tenders (think of the China Rail QJs tenders)
-low striping
-low, small sized number decals
-logo spaces (by default only the v2 Oderberg Shield is in there, though the v3b and v4a versions are also in the folders.)
