adds a basic area near mile post 55 between Whittier and Thomas Valley to keep your old locomotives. has its own shop and fuel services as well as a station. More additions are planned but wanted to release the basic version. There are many tweaks and fine touches coming in 2.0 including fixing the ground around the station, correcting track class, and making the museum into multiple progressions. I wanted to give a shoutout to @griz1231a for teaching me how to do a majority of the work done in this mod.
