Adds new Smoke Deflector (SD) versions of 4 default locomotives

Locomotive Smoke Deflectors
This mod adds a set of Smoke deflectors styled after the ones on UP 844 to different base game locomotives.
These locomotives will show up in the buy menu with a "SD" after the name standing for Smoke Deflectors. They are the same price, power and everything else as the standard versions just with a extra bit of flair.
Sadly the Smoke Deflectors will pop away at distance, if this happens its not because the mod is broken its just something I've yet to figure out how to prevent, zooming back in will make it reappear.
