This adds a TM1 tank car for water refueling of tenders or diesel refueling of diesel locomotives. This does not pass MU

Using Zamu's Confusing Supplements refiller, adds 2 new cars to the game and 1 water tender.
The tank cars are the standard 8,000 gallons.
The water tender can be filled from the water towers like a tender.
The fuel bowser is filled at a fuel stop or ordered from the interchange.
The locomotive tender has had its coal removed, so it can only fill with water.
