About this mod
Adds a USATC S100 locomotive based on the ones that stayed stateside.

Changelog:
V1.9 - Locomotive now has air pump sounds and the issue with the number on one side being a different size has been fixed, as well as the tractive effort being corrected (26k to 24k)
Imports the same as any other UMM loco!
Trim is colorable, go crazy with it!

Quick Facts:
Tractive effort is 24,298 lbf (disclaimer: this is because the domestic S100s have 46" drivers, compared to the 54" of the export S100s.)
Bunker capacity is 1.2 tons and Tank capacity is 1,200 gallons
Locomotive can handle 210 tons up Red Marble Grade!
