Added hopper cars to the Wood Chips

Added track between SO1 and SO2, that is now SO3. so you now have extra space for all the cars that are outgoing on Tier 5 on the sawmill.
Added All Types of hopper cars to the wood chip loader. so the sawmill now randomly orders either Gondolas, or Closed or open Hopper cars for the Wood Chips.

rebuilt mod, should now work correctly in both Main branch and Experimental.
when updating the mod from v1.1 to V1.3 go in the mod folder and delete the old mod (Sawmill SO Expansion) and reinstall V1.3 with RailLoader

Split the mod up in 5 different versions for different car types on the Wood chips:
1. Random All Types Gondolas and Hoppers
2. Vanilla with Only open Gondolas
3. Mixed Hopper cars
4. Open Hopper cars
5. Closed hopper cars
