~Updated track layout to be 2.5% average ~Lengthened Passing siding by another 700ft
Much of this mod was inspired by JNR's work in the area and a request from the Kanawha Valley Railroad server. Like the Red Marble Cutoff, this mod is meant for players running larger saves or to lighten the headache of running Red Marble Grade. The only part that has grades above 2.5% is coming into Topton to the top of the summit. A significant siding of 4,850ft was added for those massive trains.
