Licensor.
By downloading, installing, or using the Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Product.
  • License Grant
    The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Permissions
    You are permitted to:
    • Modify the Definition.json file as needed to meet the requirements of technical specifications (ТТХ), other railway companies, color schemes, or naming conventions.
    • Add elements to the 3D model using other modifications (e.g., LegoDecos) as long as these additions do not violate any other terms of this Agreement.

  • Restrictions
    You may not:
    • Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Product.
    • Publish, distribute, or share the Product in any form without prior written consent from the Licensor.
    • Modify or create derivative works based on the Product (other than as permitted in Section 2) without prior written consent from the Licensor.

  • Ownership
    The Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Product, including all intellectual property rights.

  • Termination
    This Agreement will terminate automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product and destroy any copies in your possession.

  • Limitation of Liability
    The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Product.

  • Governing Law
    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [USA Jurisdiction].
