With this save file you will be able to unlock the Heavy Boots(Complete the game on Ironman Mode) steam achievement. The game will load during the last phase of the final boss. Kill it and the achievement will unlock. The difficulty is set on easy.
Unzip the file in C:\Users\*username*\Saved Games\id Software\Rage 2\Saves. If another save file with the same name exists replace it.
If it doesn't appear in the Load Game menu, then disable the steam cloud option and delete the folder 548570 from C:/steam/userdata/.
