A recreation of Junktown from fallout. extract folders to the mod folder in your RAGE game directory and everything should work. For example - (c:) steam > steamapps > common > rage > mods
to play the mod in game, make sure you check the "play Rage with mods(unsupported)" when you start RAGE. The mod is available in Wellsprings when you go to the job board.
Then go to the red door towards the back of wellspring which is the level transition to this mod. I recommend playing the main game pretty far as you get better weapons like the nail gun and the rocket launcher to help you but you can access this mod at any time at wellspring.
