Added setting that blocks raft bites if player is not on the raft (disabled by default).
Run the game once to generate SharkModifiers.cfg in <game_root>\BepInEx\config
The options can then be changed inside the cfg file (requires game restart). You may also use BepInEx Configuration Manager (download) to edit the settings without needing to restart the game, I haven't tested this though.
