This will modify all crops including trees, flowers, herbs, and special seeds, to be growable in all towns and not just select locations.
Please note: I didn't adjust the description on the seed bags themselves so disregard that information.
To Install:
First download the mod assets from this page: https://github.com/PumpkinDays/Modding
and follow the instructions
Add the .json file to your install location for Pumpkin Days. Should look like "SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Pumpkin Online\PumpkinOnline\Content\Modding\Mod_Profiles\Default\Blueprints\Data_Tables"
