"How do I install it?"
Download and install the PULSAR Mod Loader. Then drag ExoFree.dll into PulsarLostColony\Mods.
"How do I use it?"
Simply type "/exo" into the chat box and hit enter to confirm your command. The exosuit will be deployed from a molecular pattern buffer and will form around you to cocoon around the shape of your body. Results may vary across races.
