The Family Manor
The Family Manor is perfect place for your base.
Here you'll have a big mansion, a glasshouse, a road station, a wood cabin and a beach camp.
You may also start a game in that area. Just remember follow the roads and tracks.
Manor House Features: very well defenced, walls, gates, towers, moat, a lot of space & big mansion with a lot of rooms for any taste.

Installation:
Windows
- Go to your Zomboid folder C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Zomboid\
- Find the /mods folder (it should contain an examplemod folder already).
- Drag and drop the unzipped mod (Manor folder) into this folder.
- Start the game and enable the mod in the Mod-Options screen.
- Reboot and have fun
Mac OS
- Go to your Zomboid folder /Users/%USERNAME%/Zomboid
- Find the /mods folder (it should contain an examplemod folder already).
- Drag and drop the unzipped mod (Manor folder) into this folder.
- Start the game and enable the mod in the Mod-Options screen.
- Reboot and have fun
Uninstalling:
Remove the respective mod from the /mods folder. Or just disable the mod in the Mod-Options screen.
