The Varcolac Squadron was an elite unit of mercenaries led by Milosz Sulejmani. Once part of Martinez Security's M42 Squadron under the name Rigel Squadron, it defected to the Valahia due to promises of a higher pay and subsequently supported Andre Olivieri and his Golden Axe Plan, which led to its demise.

Tolya Kiriakov is the fourth pilot of Martinez Security's ace Rigel Squadron. While defending Tokyo alongside the M42 Antares Squadron from the enemy airship Orgoi, he followed his leader Milosz Sulejmani through his desertion to the insurgent group Valahia.] Unlike his leader, Kiriakov wasn't as interested with money as he was with flying. ] He is shown to be bloodthirsty and took battles very seriously, so much so that he sounded distressed when ordered to retreat. ] He was presumably killed after being shot down by Antares Squadron in the skies above San Francisco.
