How to use:
- Download my mod and unzip it to a folder of your choosing.
- Download Texmod: https://www.moddb.com/downloads/texmod4
- Unzip it anywhere (I recommend your desktop, so you can use it to launch this or any other game easily) and open Texmod.exe
- Click on the big Folder button under Target Application, click Browse... and find Prince of Persia.exe in your PoP installation folder.
(e.g. if you have a Steam copy: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Prince of Persia) - On The 'Package Mode' tab click the little folder button in the middle, click Browse... and add (one or both of) my .tpf files.
- Hit Run!
(You'll have to repeat steps 3-6 every time you start the game, but it will go much faster the second time.
Only need to find the files once, later you'll be able to just pick the file from the list under Browse...)
Known issues:
- The Raziel model has some minor holes around the chest - it took some work to figure out how the textures could best overlap, unfortunately this is the best I could do, but outside of some cutscenes you don't really see it.
- If you have a Steam copy of the game: if it fails to launch through Texmod, try copying Steam.dll into the game's installation folder.
