Quick mod I threw around, Passive psi regen I changed 0.1 to 2, so you can essentially forget about hypos, + 10 minutes of mind jack and machine mind duration for their tier 3 variants, this plus 50% chipset, gives you whopping 15 minutes :). I didn't change either 1st or 2nd variants, so those remain vanilla.
