Raises base health to 300 but removes the ability to heal. How far can you make it?

Permissions and credits
Inspired by Many a True Nerd's "You only live once" runs in Fallout. This mod is intended to facilitate a Prey run with a similar ruleset. Works on both the Steam and GOG versions of the game.

Installation instructions:

To install, place patch_yuonlyliveonce.pak into Prey\GameSDK\Precache. Requires starting a new game for all changes to take effect.

Uninstall instructions:

To uninstall, remove patch_yuonlyliveonce.pak from Prey\GameSDK\Precache. Save files started while this mod was in effect will have some residual changes (see below for more info).

Summary of changes:

1. Player health is 300 from the start.
2. Health cannot be regained by consuming food, drink, or medkits. Medical operators also can no longer restore health, although they can heal traumas.
3. When at low health, automatic regeneration no longer kicks in.
4. Toughness and Conditioning neuromods no longer increase maximum health. Since Toughness has no function, it has been removed from the menu.
5. "Well fed" status no longer restores health over time. (it still reduces stamina drain though)
6. Medkits now bestow the "well fed" status for a long period of time.

Things that are not affected by this mod:

1. All survival mode features are unaffected. Traumas, weapon damage, and oxygen loss can all occur and can be mitigated in the same way as in the vanilla game.
2. All chipsets are unaffected (including last chance!).
3. Item drop rates are unaffected.

Adding/removing from an existing save file:

This mod can also be added/removed from existing save files without corrupting them, but please make a backup of existing saves just in case. Note that the default player health and health regen are applied when the save file is created.

If you remove this mod from a save started using this mod, player health regeneration will still be disabled. If you add this mod to a save started without the mod, player health will not be increased to 300 and player health regeneration will still be enabled.

Known issues:

Healing the burn trauma will restore the "burned" health to the player.
