Addresses problems with a chipset and a weapon. Also disables the preorder items in Morgan's office if present.

This mod was created to address the following two problems:
The Golden Shotgun's appearance has been restored, and the Recycling Immunity chipset re-added to the randomization pool.
With the recent 1.2 version, preorder items in Morgan's office are removed.
- The Recycling Immunity chipset, unlike effectively all other chipsets, does not appear in the chipset randomization pool.
- The Golden Shotgun, despite the description implying its appearance in William and Catherine Yu's executive suite, is absent in that location.
