Adds the Velociraptor from JWE2 to the game as a new species. Includes 2001 Male and Female Velociraptor, Juvenile is based on the 1997 Velociraptor. Based on the Arctic Wolf. Future updates will include more skin variants (f.e. Blue, Classic 1993 skin etc.)
