Adds a golden tabby and snow white bengal tiger to your zoo!

Add a separate bengal tiger variant to your zoo! This variant skin is based on the wideband gene of the tigers, most commonly mutated among bengal tigers.
Currently in it's first-release phase, it needs a few photos added to the partially-empty zoopedia but it works with 1.6 and is set as passive, to hopefully allow for having all 4 tiger types in the same exhibit. I'm a full-time pharmacist with little time to update but I'll do my best to finish it and polish it up whenever I can!
Feedback is very appreciated, as well as tiger cub photos as I've not managed to breed those just yet.
Highly recommended to download Havoc's Bengal Tiger remaster for 1.6 to make your bengal's bodies look the same as the variant.
