About this mod
This mod adds more options to modders for animal name languages. Each new language comes with 15-60 new names for each gender. Currently includes a wide variety of European, African, American, Pacific and Asian languages. Latest update adds even more unique, fun, and serious names!

Have you ever modded in a new species and wondered which language you should choose for the names of your new animal? Have you ever yelled at Frontier for not adding some of the most common spoken languages out there? Have you ever yelled at Frontier for generalizing Africa or North America into one animal name language? Do not worry, because this mod will fix all your issues! You want to mod in a French animal and have French names for it! Or you want to download a mod that requires this mod to function? Simply follow the steps below:
Tutorial for non-modders:
This mod is installed in just the same way as all the other new species and prop mods, so just put the folder in ovldata and it should work.

Tutorial for modders:
If you want to integrate this mod into your new species mod, all you need to do is change the Animal Name Language in the fdb to one of the languages listed below the screenshot.

Simply type the language of your choice as following in the animal.fdb:

Every modder is free to use this in their own mods, just make sure you set this mod as a requirement, otherwise the animals will show up as "Unknown".
Future Plans:
This mod is already booming, and tripled in size, and we've so much more to do! I am planning on releasing an additional update that seeks to combine many of these "Languages" into a "master language", for example, the Chicken mods will all have (AustralianModernChickenHillbilly) together!
Everyone is of course more than welcome to mix-and-match for their own mods, and I am more than happy to create even more categories, languages, and other groups of names for whatever you wish!
