   I doubt it. There have been no other extinct animals added to the game. It would be very random to just add a dodo in an anniversary update instead of a big DLC

      Yeah it would be weird to have it as an anniversary gift but still what others would frontier include? great auks, thylacines, mammoths?! who knows for shure...

      To be fair the oryx is classified as "Extinct in wild" by the zoopedia but still they are alive today.

      Yes that's true. However, extinct in wild is different to fully extinct. Oryx still exist, dodos do not. However, if they were to do an extinct dlc I bet the dodo, great auk and thylacine would be a part of it.
