This mod adds a bunch of toggles (and a couple of options that aren't toggles) that can do the following:

- Force all upgrades (even starters) to be able to devolve, or prevent devolving altogether
- Allow gene selection regardless of scenario settings
- Allow cheats regardless of scenario settings (unlocking not included)
- Allow any difficulty selection (little testing has been done, but it seems to work)
- Allow the pathogen to start in any country, regardless of scenario settings
- Allow every trait to be evolved
- Pop all non-start-game bubbles
- Stop inverting custom icons (for cases where black/white images are not used)
- Allow self mutation of transmissions
- Allow self mutation of abilities
- Show the number of days since initial infection instead of the date
- Change the price of evolving / devolving traits
- Show the ID of custom scenarios
- Allow a custom FPS (including unlimited)
- Copy binary-encoded scenarios to your local scenario directory
- Allow a particular subscreen to start on when browsing custom scenarios
- Allow (somewhat) granular control over transmission vectors
