I've made these portraits under Photoshop for my personal use but maybe it will help people enjoying a more cute/less creepy Ydwin in their party.
Installation:
backup your existing files in <Deadfire Installation Folder>/PillarsOfEternityII_Data/gui/portraits/companion
unzip the file and place the <PillarsOfEternityII_Data> folder in your <POE2 Deadfire Installation Folder>. Overwrite when asked.
