Play your character as the Heavenly Storm!
Heavenly Storm is a new subclass that I designed for Rekke. He's a Storm Folk, but gets no interesting subclass in the game!

- Permissions and credits
Heavenly Storms are one with the lightning. The manifestations of their transcendent suffering can Shock and Stun, but as Electricity discharges in water, so they too can be easily defeated by emanations of Frost or Water.
Bonus
+1 Armor Rating against Electricity Attacks.
Being damaged by Electricity grants the Energized Inspiration for 6 seconds. (All damage)
Gains selected abilities, which can be cast with monk resources, as follows:
1. Jolting Touch
3. Soul Shock (can target yourself, doing some damage and providing a way to get Energized)
5. Dimensional Shift
7. Thrice Was She Wronged, And Thrice Justly Avenged
9. Spark the Soul of the Righteous
Penalty
Being hit by a Water or Frost ability stuns the Heavenly Storm for 6 seconds. (Weapons don't count)
