About this mod

This mod changes the way that Stealth works, for example, who would sneak near an enemy with a torch in hand? Who would be able to pickpocket an Armor from an enemy?
Also makes bombs require Explosives Skill to be used and crafting requires the relevant skill (ex: crafting potions requires Alchemy, (food, bombs, potions, poisons, scrolls, etc

Install: 
In the game's Pillars of Eternity II\PillarsOfEternityII_Data folder, create a folder called "override" if one doesn't already exist
Unpack
On Mod Manager load order set it to load last

ATTENTION: Enable Skaen Challenge for mod to work properly!

FOW is reduced in some locations and you have to use a torch/lantern to light the way
What this mod does:

- Skaen Challenge FOW reduction adjusted to the mod 

- Party and enemy detect characters at the same distance from each other 

- Light Sources (Torches/Lanterns/Shinning Shield) emit Light (reveal FOW) but enemies will now react to light and start investigating (ex: having a light source eqquiped at a certain distance (torch/lantern) will make enemies investigate (if you are on stealth) or detect you (if you're not stealthed). Torches provide most light and shields provide least.

- Distance of revealed FOW by Light Sources will scale with character survival skill (1m for every 10 skill points)

- Light Sources make characters more visible and easy to spot (penalty to character stealth skill (-20) and stealth skill of those in a small radius near him (-15)). For lanterns, characters behind the wearer are not affected. For the Shinning Shield, only characters in front are affected. 

- Because lanterns are also shields, they have a modal ability to toggle them on or off  (unfortunately, the visual effect will remain with the light on but I added the FX of Gaun lantern to both so is easy to know whe it's turned on or off). When turned off, it will not reveal FOW neither atract enemies or give penalties to stealth. 

- Stealth suspicion rates have been increased wich means that it's more difficult to sneak. Some example comparisons: 
>a stealthed character with 0 stealth skill in an enemy cone of vision will be fully detected in little more than 1 sec, regardless of enemy skill level vs before it would take 3 seconds for an enemy to detect a 0 stealth skill character
>a character with 5 stealth skill will trigger the enemy to investigate in 12 sec vs a Level 1 (before was 50 secs); 5 stealth vs a lvl 5 in 3 secs (before was 8 secs); 5 stealth vs lvl 10 in less than 1 sec (before was 2 secs)
>a character with 10 stealth skill will trigger the enemy to investigate in 12 sec vs a Level 5 (before was 50 secs); 10 stealth vs lvl 10 in 3 secs
- Trap detection, trap disarming and pickpocketing are significantly harder 

Crafting is party assisted so:
- Food recipes depend on survival skill for the recipe to be known and crafted
- Bombs require knowledge of explosives (and some also require Alchemy) for the recipe to be known and crafted.
- Bombs depend on Explosives skill to be used
- Potions and Poisons depend on Alchemy for the recipe to be known and crafted
- Scrolls depend on Arcana for the recipe to be known and crafted (crafting requires +2 Levels of Arcana needed for use; Ex: Scroll of Sunbeam requires 3 Arcana to be crafted and 1 to be used)

Compatibility: Compatible with most mods
Save game compatibility: Compatible if you haven't any lantern yet (ex: have not recruited Xoti). If you have, lanterns won't have effects unless you remove it and then give it to the character by the console.
