Changes the loading screen to match the Neketaka Bay artwork seen in the main menu.

Have been playing with this artwork as my loading screen for the main game, and really just like how serene it is.
Installation:
Unzip the "Neketaka Bay Loadscreen" folder into the "override" folder. Located by default inside the "PillarsOfEternityII_Data" directory:
Steam: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Pillars of Eternity II Deadfire\PillarsOfEternityII_Data\override"
GoG: "C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG Games\Pillars of Eternity II Deadfire\PillarsOfEternityII_Data\override"
Should anyone be interested in making a mod like this, I made a guide for replacing loadscreens on the Obsidian forums.
