Here are companion portraits that I made from the 210x330 portraits.
NPC Portraits
Many of the NPC Portraits are barely different from the originals, but the idea is to bring the various different art styles used in the NPC watercolours into a more unified appearance (I just ran them through a Posterisation process - it'll add speckles and outlines and generally increase contrast).

To Install
- Locate your the Pillars of Eternity II install folder. For example: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Pillars of Eternity II
- Open the "PillarsOfEternityII_Data" folder
- If you have no override folder in there, create a folder named "override"
- Double click the zip file and drag the contents into the "override" folder
- Run the game
