How?
Locate your the Pillars of Eternity II install folder. For example: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Pillars of Eternity II
Open the "PillarsOfEternityII_Data" folder
If you have no override folder in there, create a folder named "override"
Double click the zip file and drag the contents into the "override" folder
Run the game
Why? I understand that the devs want us to make meaningful decisions, but ... well there are enough of those already, thanks.
There may be a potential bug with regards to the Sceptre - there's an errant comma in the file.
