This mod allows the user to purchase items related to companions and companion quests.
I play this game almost exclusively solo, and sometimes I want access to certain items that are only available by recruiting companions, completing their quests, or having a specific history selected during character creation. This vendor sells all of those items so you no longer have to miss out on items that become unobtainable for one or more of the previous mentioned reasons.
