It is strange and unjustified that the Boar's Charge ability which comes with the Survivor's Tusks Soulbound Helmet can only be used once per rest in vanilla. It does a moderate amount of Crush damage with a moderate duration Stun. Not only is that not strong enough to warrant being 1/rest on endgame gear, but the other two Soulbound items both have comparable active abilities that are per encounter rather than per rest. I see this as an oversight and consider this mod a balance patch.
To install, simply extract the folder into <Pillars of Eternity II>/PillarsOfEternityII_Data/override/. If that folder (/override/) does not already exist, create it. The mod should then appear in the mod manager in-game.
