Recipe data objects contain the variable Double2HIngredientCost, which if enabled doubles the ingredient cost of enchantments if the item is a Two-Handed weapon. The purpose of the variable is most likely to ensure that Quality upgrades of Two-Handed weapons cost more than One-Handed weapons.
However, Double2HIngredientCost defaults to True and is applied to almost every recipe in the game, even for items such as Scrolls and Food. My theory is that this variable has unintentionally doubled the intended ingredient cost of every Two-Handed Enchantment in the game.
What this mod does is flipping the Double2HIngredientCost variable of every unique Two-Handed Enchantment (excluding Quality upgrades) in the game to false, effectively halving their ingredient costs.
