Close to Board in ship combat now results in no damage to the attacker, no ship damage, no crew damage, just straight to the combat.
When you select "Close to Board" it'll say "If you do this, the following will happen!" And it'll list nothing. That's normal. Then select [Continue Sailing] and it'll say "0 damage, 0 damage, 0 damage" and you'll start combat.
