A mini mod that expands a bit on the ambitious and great Captain Scordeo

I liked the mini story about the compulsive Mutineer and wanted to expand it a little bit
I tried to make these items powerfull but not entirely op with a tiny bit of extra Lore written of his journey
I may try to replace the new enchants with unique ones some time once i figure it out
The New items are being sold by the Orlan Peddler in the Brass Citadel
