New version now adds +2 to three different Skill stats, only two stats felt a little lacking (eg. Clergy now: +2 Arcana, +2 Insight, +2 Religion).

Personal taste mod that is a reworking of Backgrounds so that each now gives +2 to two different Skill stats (eg. Clergy: +2 Insight, +2 Religion). Also increased the backgrounds of each culture to 15, while trying to keep the flavour of the culture intact.
