Just a simple fix to the vanilla unique warbow dmg, otherwise a regular warbow does more damage.

Explanation:
For some reason the vanilla unique warbow damage is very low:
Normal warbow 13-19 damage
Saint Omaku's Mercy 9-13 damage
Veilpiercer 9-13 damage
Frostseeker 4-7 damage x3
Leaving Frostseeker aside the difference in damage is ridiculous and that's compared to a normal bow, it just makes no sense. Needless to say, when including the % added by quality modifiers the difference is even bigger.
At present other than Frostseeker there is no reason to use those unique warbows over a regular one.
Furthermore, according to all the several wiki info those bows should have a damage output roughly equivalent to their regular counterpart thus I changed their damage following what's on all those wiki's information:
Saint Omaku's Mercy 14-20 damage (Superb)
Veilpiercer 14-21 damage (Legendary)
Frostseeker 4-8 damage x3 (Exceptional)
Of course, that's base value, Veilpiercer for example is legendary quality so it's final damage is increased by 60%, it's final output being 22.4-33.6 (regular legendary warbow damage is (20.8-30.4).
"Windsong", the Seeker, slayer, survivor new warbow's damage doesn't need to be fixed, it has the same base damage as a regular warbow (13-19).
