Adds some new weapons and armour. Now with Chinese translation!

There is some debate as to whether these objects are truly relics of the gods... which is why the vendors who sell them are offering such reasonable prices for them. The eyes of a Watcher may see great potential in these items, waiting to be unlocked.
I wanted to add some uniques for the under-represented non-sword items, and I also wanted to give multiclass characters a taste of life at the top- many of the abilities these weapons grant are power level 8 and 9 spells, mostly modified a little. I don't think they're incredibly balanced right now so I might tune some damage values down a bit, but for now enjoy some fairly cheap enchanted weapons!

INSTALL:
Extract the contents of the downloaded file into the game's override folder. If you don't have an override folder, create one in the "PillarsOfEternityII_Data" folder.
UPDATE:
Delete the old HouseflyReliquary folder and put the new one in its place.
UNINSTALL:
Smash that MF delete button. You'll probably want to make sure you don't have any of the items equipped before deleting, to prevent weirdness.
