At first i sourced Arcane Veil from 'Rebalanced Ciper' mod by Pvt_Kelly (https://www.nexusmods.com/pillarsofeternity/mods/286) unknowingly. I simply forgot that mod affected more than just Cipher abilities, but decided to keep it as an option :P

Installation: Unpack into: [Game_Folder]\PillarsOfEternity_data\assetbundles\prefabs\objectbundle Replace original files.
Might require from you to SAVE and LOAD the game for changes to take effect after picking up the talent.
