Removes the once per encounter restriction on psychic backlash.

The Psychic Backlash ability available to the Cipher is really cool, but it was heavily nerfed throughout the patches, going from a permanently active ability, to one that can only be used one per encounter. Needless to say; this made the ability hardly worth investing in anymore. Even worse is that, from what I've noticed, enemies suffer no such restriction. My Barbarian often gets hit multiple times per encounter by Psychic Backlash, even if there's only one enemy Cipher. This mod changes the player's Psychic Backlash to have an unlimited amount of uses, too - making it a much more worthwhile investment against certain foes (hint hint; dragons).
Installation
Replace the .unity3D file in "Pillars of Eternity\PillarsOfEternity_Data\assetbundles\prefabs\objectbundle" with the modded file.
