Increased level cap to 40, easy level up and some tweaks.

This mod makes the game so easy on mid and a joke on late game. Is made thinking of solo path of the damned.
- Level up to 40.
- Reduced 40% exp needed to level up.
- Add 1 ability point and 1 talent point every level from 1-16
- Add 1 ability point and 2 talent point every level from 17-37.
- Godlike races can use helmet.
- Companions can use pets.
- Everyone can use grimoires (still useles for non mages but why not?)
I added two more versions of the same mod.
One without the 40% reduced EXP needed to level up.
Other without the 40% reduced EXP needed to level up and without extra skill points on level up.
Installation
extract zip on poe game folder (excample: C:\Games\Pillars of Eternity) and overwrite Assembly-CSharp.dll.
