Version 1.0
Removes three of the annoying loading screen that appear after you start the game but before you actually get to the game menu.
This is the first mod that I have ever made. It removes three of the annoying loading screen that appear after you start the game but before you actually get to the game menu.
In the install folder of Pillars of Eternity, we are going to replace a file named: "sharedassets0.assets with a modified version of that file I have named:"_c_edit_sharedassets0.assets". Locate the orginal "sharedassets0.assets" file in the folder: "PillarsOfEternity_Data". The path should look something like this: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Pillars of Eternity\PillarsOfEternity_Data". In that folder find and backup the file named "sharedassets0.assets". After backing up the original file, place the modified version of that file ("_c_edit_sharedassets0.assets") in its place and rename it to "sharedassets0.assets". Done. Now when you load the game you should see no "Powered by Unity", Paradox, or Kickstarter screens. There will instead be a few moments of pleasant blackness between the Obsidian logo appearing and the games menu greeting you.
