This mod increases the range and speed of the Arcane assault spell.

I always liked the Arcane Assault mods but I find many of them no longer work. So, after much trial and error it looks like I have been able
to make my own variant of those previous mods.

Range was “8” now set at “30”

* Notes for V.2
The modal mode is not perfect. Eldritch Aim still appears as a spell and will use a casting when first used.  This first use has to be done in combat. After it is casted the mode will continue and will enable Eldritch Aim each time combat starts, but will no longer use a spell casting.

Installation instructions 


Pick your prefered version and download. 

Unzip

Go to folder
…\Pillars of Eternity\PillarsOfEternity_Data\assetbundles\prefabs\objectbundle

find file with the same name as in my mod for example
" arcane_assault.unity3d " and make a backup copy of it somewhere safe. Then replace that file with the one in my mod.

Start game, save game, load from saved game
 
Have so far only used the mod with new games. It seems to work with previously saved games but don’t take my word on that.

** Also when starting a new game mod is not effective until the game as been saved and loaded at lest once **






P.S

I am not a modder or a programmer. I’m just a guy messing about trying different things until they are how I like them. I made this mod
for my own enjoyment and it works for my games. So, I put it on here in case
anyone wants to try it.
But if it does not work for you, tough. I have no interest in sinking any more time into this or fixing other peoples issues.
