    If you have the time I'd much appreciate if you could find the time to create a Mac version of the file. I've uploaded the latest Assembly-CSharp.dll file here on Nexusmods.

    If you're looking for things to add to this light version of IEMod, the FastSneak is next on my wishing list.

      updated mac version. I remember fast sneak being a tricky buggy mod so idk about that. Isn't sneaking fast enough with the ultra fast game speed?

      It's a lot better, sure, but "much wants more". I read about it beeing buggy among the IE Mod's bug comments.

      <Quote from Llere>
      if you followed the forum thread and github issues like 2 months ago i was heavily testing this stuff and here are my results:
      1) i took stealth altering code from iemod and removed the rest, so i got a standalone module which ONLY altered stealth the way its altered in iemod, with exactly same code. i played for hours with it and my game hasn't crashed once.
      2) i took iemod code and removed everything that altered stealth in any way, all of it. and i compiled it again, enabled some basic stuff and played for hours and it crashed a lot.
      </Quote>

      The code for FastSneak has a some stuff in it that isn't at all required in you're lite version (walk mode exceptions for example). So a FastSneak "always on" seems like it'd be a cleaner code, and hence even less bug prone than the (according to Llere) non-buggy FastSneak that's currently in IE Mod.

    Thanks a lot for uploading a Mac version!

    The game runs with the dll-file without errors or crashes (yet), but unfortunately neither the Game Speed Mod nor the Jump function works. The Loot Shuffler does. So my guess is that it has to to with keybindings. Specifically: Ctrl might not have the same key number on Mac as on PC, which would explain why nothing happens when I press Ctrl. I tried all the keys on the keyboard but none speeded up the walking.

    I could try and help you trial and error fix and compile a Mac version if you tell me about the process of hacking the dll-file, what programs you use and such.

      I added Command key in addition to Control. Does that work?

      Here's the relevant code:
      https://github.com/pcurrivan/IEModLite/blob/master/Mods/Mod_GameSpeed.cs

      the process of modifying the dll is:
      clone my repo
      copy your dll to "...\poe-assemblies\3.0.2.1008\win\Assembly-CSharp.dll"
      another copy (I think) in "...\poe-assemblies\win\Assembly-CSharp.dll"
      run PEFirst in firstrun mode to make a public assembly
      run PEFirst in debug mode to mod your assembly.
      you also need to adjust some paths in Program.cs
      use ILSpy to find code that does stuff you want to mod.

      It works! Actually the Ctrl key also worked, even before I guess. What didn't work was my understanding of how it was designed to work. I thought "hold ctrl for more extreme speed modes" in the description meant that while I hold down the button the increased speed applies. But from reading your code I understand that if I hold the button down while toggling the double speed setting in-game, I get the extra speed.

      Sorry for taking your extra time.

      The Jump function that you mention in the description doesn't seem to be anywhere in the code. Hence it doesn't work. That's all ok by me. I'm just thankful that I got a hack that speeds up the "between combat traveling times" that were starting to drain the fun out of this game.

      Thanks again!

      To jump you hover your mouse where you want to go and press ctrl-shift-D (or command-shift-D). It's in the Game Speed mod (line 24-30).

      Yeah I definitely couldn't stand replaying this game without those two mods.

      Wohoo! I had rebound the key for double speed to another key, hence I missed the D in the code (dick joke not intended). It sure works with command/ctrl+shift+speed toggle key.

    Hi!

    I'm desperate for something to speed up the out-of-combat walking time in Pillars of Eternity. Even on double speed, non-stealthed, it feels like playing the waiting game all day, for characters to reach the end of the map.

    Unfortunately this .dll doesn't work on Mac. I'd very much like you to upload one that do. I'll happily assist you in any way you want, within my capabilities.
