You mind sharing the source of SM14, in version 2.0 updated? I use that same portrait in Pathfinder:Kingmaker, love it.

Thanks for your work on this mod, Endorsed!

Willing to offer a Kudos if you can link me to the full size original of SH14_female_lg.
I saw some link to Pinerest from Mortal Affairs wiki, about arcane wizard. I don't have a pinerest account and they put up a big blocking popup to make you log in.

I also added it at the description.

Where do I extract the portraits to? Also, do I need both the zoomed in and zoomed out files? It would be nice to include instructions in your description. This may be a simple thing, but not everyone knows this stuff.

      Hi,

To install, extract the 7z file and copy female and male directories in the game files: Pillars of eternity\Pillarsofeternity_data\data\art\gui\portraits\player
(for steam version, by default the game files are located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\Common)

The difference between zoomed in and zoomed out is visible on the images. The largest png files are differents. I thought it is so clear.
Download the 2 files just if you want do your own mix.

Hope I have answered all the questions.

You should clearly state that art included in the mod doesn't belong to you and visibly credit appropriate artists.

Otherwise it's simply stealing their work.

If they could spend hours making each of those "portraits" then they deserve acknowledgment for it, and you can spare 10 more minutes to do it.

      Hi,

      I totally agree with you.
These beautiful portraits are from differents websites. They are members of deviantart, pinterest, artstation, etc. None of them are paying and are free to use.

My intention is just adapt them to the game and then share here. Not steal them, nor take advantage.

      So what should I do/write now ?

Write a sentence like that "Thanks so much to the authors of pieces of art" ?

Remove them ? I will do it. I don't wish any problem.

I notice that here http://www.nexusmods.com/pillarsofeternity/mods/102/? you said nothing whereas it's probably the same situation.

      Thanks for letting me know.

      P.S.: Sorry for my english.

Hey. It's really good thing that you care about this.

No, I don't want you to remove the mod at all.

You can simply write something like this in mod's description "Art used to make those portraits belongs to:" and then include links to aforementioned deviantart, artstation and other sites where those artist posted their work themselves.

It's the simple act of crediting artists for their work that matters.

I haven't commented on that other mod simply beacuse I hadn't seen it before. I don't look for mods in order to argue with creators about copyrights and such, I have simply saw your mod on the main page and then recognised few of the artworks you used to create it.

P.S. Pinterest isn't really a good source nor credit beacuse more often then not images uploaded there were done so without original owner knowledge or agreement. If you used some artworks that origin of you're not so sure about you can try to find it's creator through google reverse image search.

Also it's always a good etiquette to ask authors themselves for permission, before using or editing their art in any way.

I updated the description. However, some sources are difficult to find but I will do my best.
