These files change look of Angios Gambeson Armor in two possible ways: one is Exceptional Leather Armor and second Sun-Touched Mail of Hyran Rath .
Personally I used Angios Gambeson Armor very long time, but it's look was not quite ok for me.
Simply instruction:
To change look on Exceptional Leather Armor: copy and replace "padded_armor_angios_gambeson.unity3d" from "Exceptional Leather Armor" folder to Your Pillars of Eternity\PillarsOfEternity_Data\assetbundles\prefabs\objectbundle folder.
Same for Sun-Touched Mail of Hyran Rath: copy any replace "padded_armor_angios_gambeson.unity3d" from "Sun-Touched Mail of Hyran Rath" folder to Your Pillars of Eternity\PillarsOfEternity_Data\assetbundles\prefabs\objectbundle folder.
