Allow you to scrap vehicles and mutogs.

Requires Modnix or Phoenix Point Mod Loader 0.1. Please re-setup the mod loader after every game patch.
This mod heavily hacks the scrap screen to enables vehicle scrapping.
A vehicle can be scrapped if:
Mutogs can be scrapped at any Phoenix Point base.
Note:
Scrapping vehicles does not go through the scrap queue. It is complicated enough without going through the queue.
You will still get a confirmation.
Vehicle location is provided by the game, which is not always available and out of my control.
The manufacture / scrap screen is not made to scrap vehicles, thus any non-trivial change to the screen is likely to break this mod.
In that case, please uninstall this mod. Your saves should not be affected.

- It is in a Phoenix Point base and not travelling.
- The base has a functional Vehicle Bay.
- It is not the last aircraft left.
Mutogs can be scrapped at any Phoenix Point base.
