Changes the New Jerichos Technician Arms to do 18 points of paralysing damage like the item originally says it does, while it was originally 180 Stun damage.
Also, as a precaution, the arms do 10 normal damage and 40 piercing damage, so the paralyse effect can actually be applied.

I am willing to adjust these values if there's a need of it. The code is free to adjust by any one that can do it themselves, but I will also take requests.
