This "mod" is simply a text file, in which I will explain how to change the speed of the game's engine, animations, etc.
This will be done using a technique called "Speedhack", via a software called "Cheat Engine".
If you follow the instructions, you won't need any kind of advanced knowledge.

The optional file is another simple .txt, which contains information about a Cheat Table/Script, which I've used and works well with Phantom Doctrine.
This optional file can be read by anyone, but only those who know what they're doing should do what it says.


Notes:
This mod only contain text and information. It doesn't contain scripts, tables, etc.

Warnings:
- If you don't know what you're doing, research everything before doing anything.
- Cheat Tables/Scripts created by another may contain malicious code, unless you know what you're doing, and how to check for those things.
